DESCRIPTION:Slow Food Autumn Harvest Wellness Retreat\n  \n \n  \nWith cooler weather on its way\, join Slow Food Hong Kong on an Autumn Harvest wellness retreat in tranquil Mui Wo\, complete with a forest bathing nature meditation; gentle yoga on the beach (all levels welcome); a relaxing gong bath under the open skies and paired with the sound of ocean waves; and a beautiful\, Slow\, five-course vegan meal. \nLed by fellow Slow Food member and yoga teacher Alla Semiletova\, wellness expert Lawrence T. and vegan chef Tina Barrat\, Slow Food Hong Kong members will be in for a treat for their hearts\, souls and bellies.
