DESCRIPTION:Gather your friends and join us for a unique dining experience on a sampan floating restaurant! Organized by Slow Food Hong Kong Cooks’ Alliance member and Spark sauces brand founder Simran Savlani\, the Slow Food Hong Kong x Sparked on a Sampan dinner will be an evening to remember. \nCome aboard and experience a specially curated 8-course locally sourced Cantonese Vegetarian or Seafood meal\, accompanied by some great wines and Hong Kong-inspired Spark sauces. \n \n \nTyphoon Shelters were built to protect the Tonka boat-dwelling community in Hong Kong who opened their ‘boat’ homes for several guests\, operating floating restaurants and entertainment hubs during the 60s and 70s. But soon the villagers started moving inland for better living conditions\, and this is the last remaining floating restaurant in Hong Kong. \nThe food is delicious\, authentic\, and cooked by the boat chefs. You will not be disappointed! Tickets are extremely limited\, so act fast! \nDetails on where to meet will be sent the night before the event. \n \nBook Directly on Eventbrite
