Celebrate Terra Madre Day at Fish School!

Uni and ScallopsFor the past seven years on December 10th, food communities and Slow Food convivia around the world have celebrated Terra Madre Day with locally and sustainably produced food. These events are held to promote local food traditions and demonstrate the Slow Food philosophy of good, clean and fair food for all.

This year, Slow Food Hong Kong will celebrate Terra Madre Day with a festive dinner at Fish School, a recent creation by restaurateur Yenn Wong and Chef David Lai. Fish School specializes in fresh, local seafood with a modern Hong Kong style. Small plates will be shared in an intimate setting with an array of local products.
