Terra Madre Dinner 2024

In December 2024, SFHK members got together at chef Paolo Monti’s AMA Ristorante to enjoy a deliciously hearty meal in celebration of Terra Madre Day (traditionally on December 10 of each year). Chef Paolo prepared a seabass from a Zhuhai fish farm, and also a pasta dish using a Slow Food Ark of Taste pointed-tip cherry tomato named the Pomodorino del Piennolo del Vesuvio.

Two special guests, Lucy and Nick from Zero Foodprint Asia, were invited to make a presentation on regenerative farming and how consumers can support the practice in Hong Kong.
